Chreos Remote support tool.
Download this tool and save it to somewhere
easily accessed (e.g.. your desktop). When you run it it will
give you a list of departments to choose from. Double click
the department you were advised to by Chreos. This will give
our support staff access to your computer. As we only have
access when you start the program your security is protected.
If you are using Windows 7 or Vista please

to install a driver required by the support tool first.
