That you can cut and paste from a spreadsheet into
an Invoice / Packing Slip / Order screen. The first column needs
to be Item Code / Item Ref and the second Quantity.

When receipting client payments you can press Ctrl-B
and the amount owing automatically enters as the amount you wish
to pay. This speeds receipting where the client is paying in full.
