Integrated Chreos and phone ordering system launched
Chreos is proud to announce the launch of the first phone to Chreos ordering system. Wild Software Ltd in conjunction with a Chreos client, has created a phone system allowing its clients to place product orders using a full push button phone ordering system.

Orders are stored on a fail-safe system and transferred into Chreos at a user defined interval (currently 5 minutes). Within Chreos orders appear 'like magic' allowing staff to fill and complete them as if they had been entered manually. Our client expects to save tens of thousands of dollars of staff hours and improve customer satisfaction.
Update: (June 2006) This system is still running like a well oiled machine and the customer has saved even more money than initially expected ! |
