Chreos Support Team Expands

Due to the increasing number of Chreos clients Wild Software has further expanded its support centre to maintain our existing high level of support. Izabel Kolinski fills a newly created project coordination role. She will provide a liaison point for new Cheros clients, ensuring a smooth transition to Chreos. She will also be a key contact point for new feature requests and report development, ensuring work is completed in a timely fashion. We believe this will further enhance our already high standards of customer support.

Izabel, originally from Brazil, has also worked in America and Europe. She has experience in software development, support and administration. She has degrees from both Brazil and America and brings a new set of skills to the team at Wild Software.

Izabel has already visited a number of Chreos sites in the Christchurch region and we expect our users will get to know her better over the next few months.
