Chreos expands eCommerce features

The latest release of Chreos (SP 32) contains a wealth of powerful eCommerce capabilities. Many document types (invoices, orders, etc) can now be emailed directly to clients and creditors. The emails may be in a variety of formats that allow for both presentation (PDF, HTML) and data transfer between organisations (CSV, TXT).

New functionality includes the following...

  • Email Invoices.
  • Email Packing Slips.
  • Email Order confirmations.
  • Email Supplier orders.
  • Email Creditor payment advice.
  • Automatically send other attachments (such as brochures and newsletters) with any of the above documents.
  • Export payments to Bank.
  • Re-send transactions by email.
  • Send emails in the same or different format to the printed version.
  • Print, email and export a document simultaneously.
